The living room is furnished with Chesterfield couch & antique furniture, as well as a large period fireplace.

The dining area seats 10, with views of the pool and driveway area.

The kitchen is equipped with a sink/ dishwasher/ gas stove/ grill station/ refrigerator plus separate refrigerator for beverages and freezer.

 

In the utility room is a washing machine and dryer and other storage facilities.

Storage facilities for bicycles / golf – equipment / cars and motorcycles are sufficiently available.

The house is stylishly furnished, offering warmth and comfort—just the right mix to feel at home. The large pool was a highlight for the children, while we parents enjoyed the peace and quiet and the beautiful places to relax, especially in the evenings on the terrace. The location is perfect: absolute tranquility surrounded by nature, yet beaches, restaurants, and excursion destinations are within easy reach. "We stayed at Finca Aria for a week with six people in the spring and had an excellent, relaxing holiday. The finca is even more beautiful than described on the website. The interior is modern, but with a typically Spanish flair. Everything your heart desires is there. The large pool and the outdoor areas are magnificent and very well-maintained. Inca or Palma, as well as the golf courses in the area, are a quick drive away. I'm already looking forward to our next holiday in September. Many thanks to Andrea for the wonderful experience!"

"During the last week of October, I stayed at Finca Aria with my friends. It was even more beautiful than we expected – spacious, well-maintained, and furnished with attention to detail. Both the interior and exterior were very clean and in excellent condition. The finca is wonderfully quietly located between Inca and Alcudia (about a 20-minute drive from each). The on-site service was quick and friendly, and minor issues were resolved immediately – very professional. The pool was our absolute highlight: large, well-maintained, with plenty of loungers and beautiful lighting. The kitchen is also well-equipped – everything you need is there. It was a wonderful week; we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you very much!"

"We stayed with our family at this nostalgic finca in June. It is superbly equipped—there was nothing missing. We particularly liked the various seating areas, which we could use depending on the position of the sun. The large garden with a pool, which is illuminated in changing colors in the evenings, as well as the numerous plants and flowers, perfectly rounded off the picture. Everything was excellently organized, including pool cleaning and housekeeping. We barbecued every evening and thoroughly enjoyed the covered dining area with fans. The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished, with top-quality mattresses and clean bed linens. The location in the center of the island allowed us to easily reach everything—whether it was the Bay of Alcudia with its beach clubs or a stroll through Palma. We received a personal welcome and the house was explained in detail, so we felt at home right away. We will definitely be back!"

"We stayed at Finca Aria with friends in June. The hostess welcomed us personally and showed us around. The finca is a very beautiful retreat where you can relax. The outdoor area is spacious, with plenty of seating – perfect for enjoying the last rays of sunshine with a glass of Spanish wine. The large pool offers a wonderful place to cool off. Towels are provided for both the pool and the beach (e.g., Morro Beach). The finca is well-equipped and offers plenty of space to spread out. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are comfortably furnished. Ceiling fans ensure a pleasant cooling effect. Self-catering is easily possible with the well-equipped kitchen and the outdoor grill (gas and charcoal). Shops, restaurants, golf courses, and a bodega are easily accessible by car. We highly recommend the finca. We had a wonderful time in Mallorca – thank you, Andrea!"
